These are the print issues. We are still missing Vol.2 Number 3, which could be in hiding. And all we can find right now of Vol. ! Number 0 is the cover.  The covers are the links. These are scans of the  originals sometimes retyping to make more readable.  This project has been shelved in favor of our new PDF project in which we will be doing a new edition updating graphics, fonts and so on, but keeping the original artwork.  The cover is the link.
